With the currant global economic situation being up the proverbial swanny right now, it seems that business has become more competitive than ever. For some time I have been put off buying glasses – slightly because of vanity but also because of the cost.  I’m a single parent and my working hours have been cut because of the recession and I simply can’t afford to be splashing out at the moment. I mean, I may be at that age where I need them but I still want to look trendy – none of those frumpy frames for me – I have standards to keep up!
