If you look in any kitchen today either professional or domestic you will all most certainly see a microwave. They have become a major piece of catering equipment and it all came about in 1946 when Dr. Percy Spencer was testing the magnetron. The magnetron is a vacuum tube and whilst testing Dr. Percy noticed that the candy bar in his pocket had melted, he then decided to try another experiment using popcorn kernels, and to his surprise they started popping.

Storage Ipswich

Tue ,09/02/2010

If it’s storage space you need in the Ipswich area then your best and cheapest (unless you have an Aunt with a big house) solution is storage Ipswich. In today’s busy modern world, we want everything and never have enough space for it. Self storage is one of the simplest and safest methods available. It works by you turning up in your car or van with your storage items, you are allocated a room, which is clean, dry and secure. You unload your stuff and lock the room.

Photo Books

Thu ,04/02/2010

Photo books are one of the newest things on the market and very popular. They are a great way to share your photos. I my-self have a hard drive full of photos that most people have never seen and would be unlikely to see.

Self Catering Holidays

Tue ,02/02/2010

One of the best things about self catering holidays are that it gives you so much freedom and the ability to come and go as you please. With this type of holiday you are not restricted to having to be back at your hotel at a certain time for your dinner or having to get up at daft o’clock to get your breakfast. I remember a holiday I went on in Malta and they served breakfast 6AM – 08:30AM, I was under the impression that I was on holiday and a holiday is about relaxing and chilling out. As you can imagine we did not bother with breakfast and ended up paying extra for it at another restaurant, which was a waste of money as I had already paid for the breakfasts.

Holiday home insurance

Tue ,02/02/2010

We all have a dislike of insurance but unfortunately it is one of the must need things that human society has put upon us. Let’s face it, for most insurance we may as well just throw our money out of the upstairs window or at least give it to a homeless person. Holiday home insurance is more of a necessity than your own home insurance as your holiday home is left unattended a lot of the time and the unfortunate is more likely to happen and it is very difficult to protect your property when you are not there.
